The Challenge:

A newly expanded office became the collision point of two cultures, as hundreds of employees were relocated overnight from conflict zones. The result: a thousand people, two histories, and an atmosphere heavy with mistrust. The ask was urgent: help managers rebuild cohesion — with just six hours to do it.

The InterAct Experience:

  • YES designed an immersive InterAct journey, blending raw storytelling, lived micro-aggressions, and audience interventions that brought invisible dynamics into the open.
  • Participants moved from isolation to connection by voicing their truths, rewriting harmful narratives, and generating solutions together.
  • A follow-up online InterAct session simulated real workplace choices and consequences in real time, reinforcing the shift.
