While others treat it as a technical data exercise, we see it for what it truly is: a behavioural skill set. It’s the art of unlocking centuries of experience in a single room or turning a 1,500-person problem-solving session into a high-stakes game where every voice counts.
We’ve spent three decades codifying this skill set so you can integrate it into your organisation's DNA. It improves all your meetings, accelerates your rate of change, smooths decision-making, and helps you solve problems where everyone has skin in the game. As the pace of change accelerates, collective intelligence is not just a strategy, it’s your competitive edge.
Strategy sets the direction.
Processes are the teams and tech that under pin the strategy
Mindset & Behaviours are the beating heart of culture
“We make sure that happens en masse so that you achieve a tangible cultural shift. We make sure that people really enjoy the process and that they feel as empowered as they are effective.
That's it.”
We know that all change is personal and that it takes a critical mass of people to start a movement. We believe that play is the fastest form of learning and that humour makes change viral.
We pride ourselves on our relationships. For 30 years we have been working with some of the world’s leading organisations but have never done a single piece of marketing or hired a sales team… everything has come from word of mouth

Most organisations talk about change. Very few actually realise it.
What I focus on is embodiment - helping people experience new ways of thinking, relating, and leading so change becomes expressed through our behaviours, not theory. We don’t say to our kids ‘be polite’ - we give them behaviours - ‘say please and thank you’ so that they can embody politeness. We do the same but for more complex and life altering applications. Theory doesn’t drive change, behaviour does.
The work I do is experiential by design. Over the years, I’ve developed an entirely new form of intervention - not training, not facilitation, not theatre, but something in between. It’s radically simple. People don’t feel like they’re being taught; they feel like they’re discovering something they somehow always knew. That’s why it sticks.
If you’re a CEO or HR leader, what I’ll offer you is not another framework or model of transformation. I’ll offer you a different relationship to change itself. We are living through the greatest wave of organisational change in our lifetime. My role is to help you and your people surf it - with clarity, humanity, and momentum .
I work on what surrounds the room - before and after - designing the structures that allow change to take hold. My focus is on turning human insight into experiences, systems, and technologies that allow behavioural change to spread - visually, digitally, and collectively.
The work I do is rigorous by design. Every programme we create is crafted with care, precision, and discipline, because transformation doesn’t live in intention alone - it lives in execution. Simplicity matters, but it must be robust if it is to endure.
I believe that, now more than ever, organisations can become places of connection, clarity, and joy - and powerful contributors to a more benevolent society - for this to happen, change needs to be designed with intention, intelligence, and heart. This moment offers leaders both an opportunity and a responsibility to use their organisations as forces for good - and my work is dedicated to supporting leaders act on that choice.
