Terms & Conditions (summary)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by YES Consultancy (YesIndeed), unless superseded by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Payment & Bookings

Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Bookings are confirmed upon agreement and may be subject to cancellation terms due to scheduling and resource commitments.

Cancellations & Postponements

Cancellations within 6 weeks of scheduled delivery incur 50% of the agreed fee.

Cancellations within 4 weeks of scheduled delivery incur 100% of the agreed fee.

Where possible, postponements will be accommodated with minimal additional fees, depending on notice and availability.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created or delivered by YES Consultancy remains the exclusive property of YES Consultancy and Richard Jacobs.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials internally only. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, adapted, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any non-public information shared during an engagement as confidential.

Nature of Services

YES Consultancy provides behavioural, experiential, and learning services. Outcomes depend on participant engagement and context and are not guaranteed. Services do not constitute legal, medical, or therapeutic advice.

Liability

YES Consultancy’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Data Protection

YES Consultancy processes personal data only where necessary for the delivery of its services and in accordance with applicable UK and EU data protection laws. Personal data is handled responsibly, kept secure, and not sold or commercially exploited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the European Union, as applicable.
